33rd Floralia – Roman spring festival in Aquincum

10-12 May2024!

We’re organising the Roman spring festival for the 33rd time at the BHM Aquincum Museum, which turns 130!

This year, too, we are inviting visitors of all ages to our living history festival between 10 and 12 May. In the ancient Civil Town the toga-clad people of Rome take back control. Over the weekend, the archaeological park – dressed in flowers in honour of the goddess Flora’s festival – will be full of Roman citizens. The peace will be protected by the brave legionaries of the empire, but barbarian tribes are not going to be missing either.
