Events at the Aquincum Museum - March 2020

13.30-16.00: Pollinator Day
On 10 March, from 13:30, Péter Morvay will hold a beekeeping presentation (in Hungarian). From 14:15 archaeologist Nikolett Varga will give a talk on the uses of honey in antiquity (in Hungarian). Afterwards you can join us in building the Aquincum insect hotel, the new temporary or permanent home of the arthropods of our Archaeological Park. Upon request, you can also make a smaller insect hotel, which you can take home.
