On Friday, 17 November 2023, in honour of Budapest Day, the BHM Aquincum Museum can be visited free of charge.
From 2 November 2023 winter opening hours apply at the Aquincum Museum:
Opening hours: Tuesday-Sunday 10:00-16:00 (Tickets are sold until 15:30. The closing procedure starts at 15:45.)
The exhibition building and the Playground will remain open during the winter while the House of the painter and the Symphorus mithraeum can be visited at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00.
The Archaeological Park can be visited during the winter only when the weather is dry and surfaces are not slippery. Exhibition buildings in the Archaeological Park and the Hercules villa in Meggyfa street are closed.
